Mexican Spicy Carrots

carrots
white or yellow onion sliced
oregano
1 or 2 serrano pepper with a slit cut in
Salt
apple cider vinegar

Cut the carrots on a diagonal and put in a pot. add water until it just covers the carrots. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Add everything else and leave out to cool. Put in fridge. Will keep 10 days.
